The Counteract in-person system applies the same neurological principles as the self-directed program — but with the full capacity of hands-on assessment, real-time cueing, and programming that adapts to you in the room. We work across optimization, injury rehabilitation, and performance conditioning.

Neuromuscular Rehabilitation

Injury leaves behind inhibited muscles and gaps in your motor map. We identify those gaps and close them — rebuilding the map so the body moves without bracing around old pain or old trauma. The result is a body that trusts itself again, not one that protects itself.

Neurological Re-Wiring

Every movement pattern — good or bad — is a neurological habit. We use end-range contractions and weighted eccentrics to train the nervous system to access and own new ranges, correcting the root compensation rather than managing the symptom. Range you can't actively control isn't range you own — it's the range that fails under load.

Flow Training

Movement is integrated, not isolated. Flow training links mobility, strength, and coordination into continuous sequences — training the body to transition through demanding positions under control. This is where isolated capacity becomes usable athleticism.

Performance Conditioning

Whether the goal is optimization, athletic performance, or returning from injury — the work scales. Conditioning is built on a foundation of correct mechanics. Load and intensity are added only when the pattern is owned. Capacity built on compensation is just future injury with better numbers.
